TMV Operations was founded on large-scale project management experience, where timelines, budgets, and execution could not afford inconsistency. That same structured approach is now applied to growing businesses, building CRM systems, operational workflows, and internal infrastructure that support efficient and sustainable business performance.
Talia M. Vessal holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and began her career as a Project Engineer leading large-scale site development projects. Managing contractors, field teams, timelines, budgets, and shifting scopes of work taught her how to organize complex moving pieces, keep communication clear, and hold steady progress in fast-paced environments. Today she applies that same foundation as an operational partner, building the systems, structure, and internal processes that keep a business running well.
During her time in construction, Talia led her company's transition from a legacy project-management system to a modern digital platform. She redesigned workflows, trained teams, and wrote the operational procedures that tightened communication and day-to-day execution. That shaped her practical approach to systems: clear, functional, and built around how people actually work.
Across her career, she's brought this operational lens into nonprofit development, boutique retail, and small-business environments. Her focus stays consistent: understand how the business runs, then build the structure that supports it.
Outside of work, Talia has led community-focused projects, raising capital and partnering with the City of Delray Beach's Parks and Recreation Department to build the city's first outdoor workout park, launching a women's empowerment program at her jiu-jitsu academy in Orlando, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Thailand, and co-managing a mocktail café.
